We provided master planning and civil engineering services for the Joli Apartments and Townhomes development in Denver, located at the southeast corner of W 10th Avenue and Bryant Street.
Completed in September 2025, the project includes restaurant space, apartments, senior living, a parking garage, and land designated for future development.
The eight-story affordable multifamily apartment building includes 135 units ranging from one- to five-bedroom layouts. The development also features townhomes with three- and five-bedroom layouts, each opening to ground-level courtyards.
The community includes a dining hall, food incubator, commissary kitchen, five food vendor kiosks with indoor and outdoor seating, a rooftop community garden, and a two-story building with live-work units that provide residents opportunities to operate businesses.
Utility infrastructure designed for the project includes water, sanitary, storm, and water quality treatment through bioretention. The development represents the first building completed in the final phase of the Sun Valley redevelopment, with additional work anticipated to further develop the site.
