Our team provided structural engineering services for the four-story parking garage at the Ent Headquarters campus in Colorado Springs. The structure accommodates approximately 817 parking spaces and was designed using a precast concrete system to support efficient construction and long-term durability.
The garage incorporates an exterior elevator and stair tower, requiring careful coordination of vertical circulation elements with the primary structural system. In addition, the project included a steel-framed walkway canopy connecting the garage to the main building. This feature is supported by cantilevered steel columns, introducing unique loading and detailing considerations.
The design delivers a functional and efficient parking solution while integrating structural elements that support safe access and connectivity across the site.
