S. A. Miro, Inc. provided civil engineering services for AEG Presents’ Mission Ballroom, a state-of-the-art 75,000 SF music venue located in Denver’s North Wynkoop neighborhood.
Our scope of work included site development for the facility. This encompassed a four-bay loading dock, public and private access roadways and sidewalks, public sanitary sewer and water mains, fire hydrants, and coordination with the metropolitan district’s stormwater facilities.
Since opening in August 2019, Mission Ballroom (winner of Westword’s 2023 Best Indoor Venue) has become one of Denver’s premier music destinations, featuring excellent sightlines throughout the space, four interior bars by the stage, and additional bars in the lobby and second-floor lobby.
